Happy Birthday Baba!!!

Have you ever thought what it would be like if you didn't meet a certain person in your life? What experiences would you have missed out on? What other people would you have not meet? Life would be so incomplete, unsatisfying, and very very boring. That's why I would like to wish Melissa a Happy Birthday, and thank her for all that she does for our family and me. Melissa is the glue that holds our family together. Happy Birthday Melissa, we love you!!!



On Melissa's birthday we had mini-cupcakes. See one day melissa bought these mini-cupcakes from Walmart, and they were good. Well, melissa left me with about 6 cupcakes, and went to take care of the kids. When she came back... ...needless to say... ...there were no more cupcakes, and she has not let it go. So Baba, I'm sorry. I hope the birthday cupcakes made up for it. I promise, I'll probably eat any cupcakes you leave in my presence, but I won't stop loving you. joe

One Scary Pirate and a Beautiful Muskateer.

We went down to Panguitch for Halloween this year again. Zeke dressed as a pirate, curled mustache and all. Haven was not a cowgirl, even though she wouldn't take off the pink cowboy hat that I bought her. She was a beautiful Muskateer (due to her recent rave about the Barbie 3 Muskateer videos). Funny thing is that the kids loved giving out candy at Gram's more than Trick or Treating at the 5 houses we went to. Thanks Melissa for making the kids Halloween so perfect.

So I am super luck that I married a guy that enjoys and knows how to "fix things". Zeke is following right along in his footsteps. The other day Joe was putting new brakes on the car and Z was his big helper!

Looks Who Is 2!

Zeke turned 2 a couple of weeks ago! I can't believe that he is already that old, it seems like just yesterday we were living in Virginia and he was born. He has brought so much joy and craziness into our life. He is a very active and energetic boy who is always on the Go! He can also be so sweet. He adores Hanen (Haven) and it melts my heart when he gives me hugs/kisses and says I juge you (I love you) and I mish you (I miss you) when I have been gone. We love you Zeke!

When we lived in DC we went to the zoo at least once a month, but since moved back a year ago we haven't been. I finally took the kids for the first time here last week. It was a beautiful day and we had a really great time!

Halloween Activities

Last week the kids and I made Halloween Sugar Cookies. The kids had a blast and a horrible sugar rush by the time we were finished!


A couple of weeks ago they painted Halloween magnets. I forgot to take a pic of the finished product and Z's was shattered all over the tile the next day.
